Justin O'Connell is a Michigan-based singer-songwriter whose songs are like paintings—blending poetic lyricism with ambient, experimental textures that linger beyond words. His sound is a dialogue between indie-folk storytelling and atmospheric soundscapes, rooted in the grit of the Midwest but colored by the vastness of the West. After over a decade of finding his voice and muse in the mountains of Colorado including as the singer and songwriter for Indie-Folk band Red Moon Rounder, he has returned to his Michigan roots to begin a new chapter as Ui Conaill.
